Please join Derek and Lisa as we explore newly developed resources to support Inksmith’s Climate Action Kit. Our session will introduce educators to the fully interactive, student experience that focuses on climate action through student-centred, inquiry-based learning. Guided materials for coding and physical computing with the micro:bit and Action Kit will also be shared along with extensions and challenges, opportunities for self-assessment and connections to social-emotional learning. These resources have been developed to support a variety of teaching modes including onsite, online and blended learning. With Inksmith’s Climate Action Kit, you can empower students to tackle climate change issues while developing STEM and digital skills for 21st-Century Learning.
