The Time is Now!

The Educational Computing Organization of Ontario (ECOO) is pleased to announce a 3-day virtual conference for all K-12 educators on August 25 – 27, 2020!  We’ve been tweeting #OntarioEducatorsUnited to highlight great ideas all spring and now we get to share them!

Since we cannot physically gather together, this conference will provide practical, hands-on innovative learning for educators by educators through webinars and demonstration sessions, panel discussions and chats.  Given our current educational and social realities, this year’s event centres around the theme “The Time is Now.”  It will be a great opportunity to come together with other educators, share, and learn from each other.  Are you in?

Call for Presenters

We are looking for experiences that you have been exploring with your learners that would benefit other educators – a rich online project, a mindfulness minute, a coding club, a contemporary way to engage students during remote learning  –– really any good practice that can help others as we move forward that should be celebrated and shared –– we would love to hear from you! We are looking for sessions in English and French.
